Om Ah Hum

This mantra is commonly used as a mantra of blessing in the Tibetan tradition and, as such, is often part of other mantras (e.g., Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum). Om is associated with form and purifying our bodies and perception of our physical environment. Ah is associated with speech and the purification of our perception of sound. Hum is associated with mind and the purification of thought.
